Dr. Barbara Cozza
Dr. Barbara Cozza is an Associate Professor and Assistant Chairperson in the Department of Administration and Instructional Leadership, School of Education, at St. John’s University. Dr. Cozza received her Ph.D. from Fordham University in the area of Curriculum and Instruction and holds teaching and administration certificates. In the past, Dr. Cozza initiated a multi-age program for elementary students in the New York City Board of Education. She has also served as a Board Member and Educational Consultant for the Laboratory School, a K-8 multi-age school in northeastern Pennsylvania. Dr. Cozza has consulted with numerous school systems and headed several grants focusing on teacher/administrator professional development projects. She continues to publish and present seminars on national and international levels.
